PS4 9.00 USB Web Exploit

1. Make sure PS4 9.00 Firmware

If your PS4 isn’t running on 9.00 firmware, you need to update your firmware via USB. You cannot update your firmware through the Internet as it will be updated to the latest firmware version. Keep in mind, if your PS4 running on 9.03 or higher, you can’t go back to 9.00 or lower and you will not be able to run the jailbreak. That’s why we always suggest staying on the lower version as possible. So, disable internet from your PS4 and follow the below steps.

Download 9.00 PS4 Update Recovery (PUP) file to your desktop computer, laptop, or other devices to any specific folder. If the Recovery PUP not working here is the 9.00 PS4 Update Retail (PUP)
Plug your USB drive and format with FAT32.
Create PS4 ⇒ UPDATE folder in uppercase on your USB root.
Put your result (PUP) file inside UPDATE folder.
Plug your USB drive in your PS4 port
Navigate to Settings > System Update > Update through storage media > Proceed. Follow the screen introduction.

2. Creat Bootable USB

You’ll need a USB stick every time you Exploit the PS4, you will need a dedicated USB drive. The image (exfathax.img) you need to copy using Rufus or Wind32 Disk Imager the file is only 4MB.

Plug your USB drive on your Desktop Computer or Laptop. (No need to format it)
Run Rufus latest version as administrator.
Select your USB drive and exfathax.img file in boot selection.
Leave everything default and start.
Now your USB is ready

Note: Your USB can disappear from your PC. Don’t panic it happens. As I have mentioned above – you need a dedicated USB drive. This mean's you can’t put anything else on this bootable USB drive.

3. Disable Auto Update

For the Exploit process, we need to connect the internet to our PS4 system. But first need to turn off the PS4 Auto-Update feature which will automatically update your software firmware to the latest version. Remember once your software firmware goes pass 9.00, you can’t go back and you’ll not be able to exploit.

Go to PS4 Setting ⇒ System ⇒ Auto Update and uncheck all boxes.
Don't forget Set Features Available in Rest Mode

4.Set Up Internet Connection

Choose the type of internet connection.

1.Here you’ll find “WiFi or LAN”. than select “Custom”.

2.Click Automatic in the IP address. Select Do Not Specify and click Manual in the DNS Settings.

3.Set the DNS

Primary DNS (165.227.83.145) and the Secondary DNS (192.241.221.79). Click Next and select Automatic in MTU Settings.

Choose Do Not Use in the Proxy server and it completes the update of Internet Settings.

Move to the User Guide/ Helping Info in the settings and click User’s Guide. You should be redirected to the exploit page.

5.Go to PS4 (9.00) than GoldHEN

After few seconds a popup will appear on your browser screen and ask to insert USB now.
Insert your bootable USB drive and you’ll see a popup message (This USB storage device’s file system in unsupported) on upper left corner. (Wait for that message to go away)
Press X to OK
Next pop up message will give You're set message with GoldHEN v2.3 loaded Coded by SiSTRo. Press Home button to exit out the screen and Remove your USB drive from your PS4.

Warning if you are experience issues with "There is not enough free system memory" or error code (CE-36329-3) like the video shown below. Just follow these steps to get you back to the exploit.

Go to the WWW icon for the web browser. Press option is the small black button on the right side of the touch pad on your PS4 controller. Clear the Browsing History, Bookmarks, and select Settings. Click Delete Cookies and tap Clear Website Data to erase all the memory.

PS4 9.00 - 12.52 BD-JB Guide

Now to start you need a couple of things:

Need PC or Laptop with Internet Connection, Blu-Ray Burner and Blank BD-R(E) Disc

1. Install ImgBurn

2. Choose the henloader_lp.iso

3. Connect the Blu-Ray Burner and install the drivers if needed

4. Insert the BD-R(E) Disc

5. Open ImgBurn

6. Choose Write Speed: 2X Speed "Write image file to disc"

7. At source select the henloader_lp.iso

8. Click the Write button, and then yes on the popup

9. Now wait for it to write to it

Notice: from my personal experience it happens with BD-R discs that it needs to ''Empty'' the disc first. Depending on type of burner you have this process can vary in time. Mine was an old USB 2.0 and took 1 hour and 30 minutes.

10. After the process is done and the Disc is written Eject it

11. Switch to your PS4

12. Insert the burned BD-R(E) Disc

13. Start up the Disc

Notice: If this message appears due to never having used the Blu-Ray Movie feature before "DO NOT UPDATE YOUR FIRMARE"

Simply connect to internet it will let you pass this. PSN access is not required for this.

Be sure to disable internet right after running the disc.

The process will take awhile. Let it do its thing.

14. If this message shows it means it failed, restart your PS4 then and try again.

15. Once GoldHEN message appears you can press the PS guide button and return to the HOME menu and close the disc app

Congratulations you now Exploited your PS4!

Do keep in mind once you Shutdown the console the Exploit will disappear, this means you'll need to run the Disc at every Startup to gain back your Exploit.

PS4 9.00 - 12.02 BD-JB Guide

Now to start you need a couple of things:

Need PC or Laptop with Internet Connection, USB Flash Drive, Blu-Ray Burner and Blank BD-R(E) Disc

1. Install ImgBurn

2. Choose the Lapse.ISO

3. Connect the Blu-Ray Burner and install the drivers if needed

4. Insert the BD-R(E) Disc

5. Open ImgBurn

6. Choose Write Speed: 2X Speed "Write image file to disc"

7. At source select the Lapse.ISO

8. Click the Write button, and then yes on the popup

9. Now wait for it to write to it

10. After the process is done and the Disc is written Eject it

11. Now insert your USB Flash Drive make sure nothing is on it (If not empty please save any files to your PC)

12. Download and install winRAR or 7-Zip https://www.7-zip.org/download.html

13. Copy the goldhen.bin file to the USB Flash Drive

14. Rename the file to payload.bin

15. Eject the USB Flash Drive

16. Switch to your PS4

17. Insert the USB Flash Drive, then the Burned BD-R(E) Disc

18. Start up the Disc

Do keep in mind once you Shutdown the console the Exploit will disappear, this means you'll need to run the Disc at every Startup to gain back your Exploit. The USB Flash Drive isn't needed anymore. (Only The Disc)
